John has over 20 years of substantive business experience, including executive (CEO) and operations (COO) management experience for start-ups, entrepreneurial firms, and mid-sized companies. Mr. Arciero graduated from Rollins College in business management and industrial psychology. He then attained a graduate degree from the University of South Alabama with a Masters in Education.
Mr. Arciero has founded or been involved in over a dozen successful start-ups. His first start-up, Global Research Network, Inc., expanded to 200+ employees by 1996 when he successfully sold the company to a larger competitor. Before starting Arciero Associates, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Setech, Inc, a $250M integrated solutions provider that specializes in large-scale up-fits to integrated supply-stores and facilities within major U.S. manufacturers such as GM/Saturn and Continental Tire. John has extensive experience in business development and sales in information technology, financial, and communications sectors working with such industry leaders as Nucor Steel, Bank of America, and Lendingtree. Mr. Arciero began his business career in real estate with Killearn Properties, Inc. From 1987 to 1991 he was engaged in the sales and brokerage operations of the combined 8,000 acre mixed-use planned communities featuring residential, commercial, and light-industrial product. Over his career he has helped develop, sell, retrofit or manage over 200MM SF of commercial, residential, and industrial capital assets including commercial, residential mixed-use development projects for clients from inception to final use. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and is working towards attaining the Master Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
